Frustrated by the lack of fiery condiments, I took matters into my own hands, whipping up small batches of chilli oil for me and my friends. What began as a passion project quickly turned into a full-blown business, thanks to the enthusiastic support of my loyal followers.
After kick starting my business in Germany, I returned to my home country of New Zealand, bringing my spicy creations to the land of the long white cloud.
